1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

Varaneety is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure our Service is accessible to all users.

We believe that everyone should have equal access to knowledge sharing and community participation, regardless of their abilities or the technologies they use to access the web.

2. Conformance Status

Our goal is to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Current Conformance Level: Partial Conformance

While we strive to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, we acknowledge that some content on our Service may not yet be fully compliant. We are actively working to improve accessibility across all features of the platform.

Despite our efforts, there may be some limitations and areas where full accessibility has not yet been achieved:

5.1 User-Generated Content

  • Rich Text: Content created using the rich text editor may not always follow accessibility best practices if users do not structure their content properly.

5.2 Third-Party Content

  • Embedded Content: Some embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos) may not be fully accessible. We rely on third-party providers for the accessibility of their content.
  • External Links: Links to external websites may lead to content that is not accessible. We are not responsible for the accessibility of external sites.

5.3 PDF Documents

  • Some PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to ensure all future PDFs meet accessibility standards.

5.4 Complex Interactions

  • Some complex interactive features (e.g., drag-and-drop) may have accessibility limitations. We provide alternative methods where possible.
